I just got my NT software and have had nothing but trouble. I installed
the software per instructions. When I try to open the par icon, it opens
fine but then I get a requestor that says "This application uses
CTL3D32.DLL Which has not been correctly installed". After I click on
okay to get rid of the requestor I can play animations fine. If I try to
write to the PAR from lightwave NT, both Lightwave and the PAR lockup,
and I crash Windows NT if I try to end the task! I've tried
de-installing, then re-installing the driver with no luck. If I create a
project in the NT version and then boot up the windows version, I get an
error upon loading that there are filenames that do not conform to the
correct lengths and they must be renamed, but as soon as it is booted and
I click on something, it locks up and I have to reboot. WHat's the deal?!?!?
I would have called DPS except they were closed.
